East Coast Home Watch of Amelia Island, LLC was formed to provide home watch services to absentee homeowners in Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, and surrounding areas of North East Florida. We bring to our community over 25 years experience looking after clients’ homes. Our goal is to provide a level of service and trust that exceeds each clients’ expectations, leaving them with such confidence in us they are comfortable referring us to their dearest friends and family.

About The Owner, Ann Wood
Ann is a proud resident of Fernandina Beach, FL and the owner of East Coast Home Watch of Amelia Island. A native of Texas, Ann left her corporate career over 25 years ago to establish her own thriving business, Annie’s Pet Sitting Service, in Dallas, TX. That business, still in existence back in Dallas today, grew to encompass 300 clients with a staff of 8 pet sitters. There she employed a talented team specializing in home management and pet sitting. During her 25 years as a business owner working in and responsible for clients’ primary and vacation homes, Ann gained extensive experience and practical knowledge of the potential issues and concerns that come with maintaining the integrity and security of a home when its owners are away. Her keen eye for identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and managing solutions and tradespeople are instrumental in delivering the thing her clients value most: peace of mind and complete confidence that their property is safe and sound when they are away.
She looks forward to being the eyes and ears for all absentee homeowners in Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach who want the genuine peace of mind that she and her team provide as experienced, certified, home watch professionals.
