What Is Home Watch?
Home watch is defined as the visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues.
East Coast Home Watch of Amelia Island provides weekly or bi-monthly checks of the exterior and interior of your home. Our goal is to help you minimize the time and trouble involved with properly maintaining and safeguarding your home in your absence so you can fully enjoy it when you do return.
At East Coast Home Watch of Amelia Island, we are your partners in the process of problem identification, problem management, ongoing maintenance and oversight, and real-time reporting.
We begin with an initial visual inspection of your home, identifying any obvious, existing areas of concern. We provide an electronic report with findings, observations and photos. From this initial inspection we work with you to design a plan for ongoing inspections of your home to ensure optimum maintenance is achieved. Should you require repairs or other services to accomplish this, we are there to assist you with a list of preferred, skilled tradespeople and additional offerings, such as keyholder service, concierge service and storm service.
